For homes over an hour from our office in Kenton, Ohio a $25 trip charge will be applied

EPA Certified Well Water Bacteria Test

EPA certified well water bacteria test that may be required for some loans and is highly recommended if you are buying a home with a well system.

Complete Well System Test

EPA-certified well water bacteria test as well as testing for nitrate/nitrites, and well water pressure

Radon Test

Tests for the presence of radon gas.

Septic Inspection

Inspect and test for functionality of the septic tank

Payment Policies

Payment Policy

Full payment is due at or before the time of the home inspection
The home inspection report will not be released until payment is paid in full

Travel Policy

There is no travel charge for clients located within the service area
Top of Ohio Inspection Sevices LLC does not inspect out of state properties

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

There will be a $150 charge applied if for any reason a home inspection is canceled within 24 hours of the start time of the inspection. Thank you for understanding!
