As a former plumbing technician, I’ve worked on many homes where a new home owner moved in and discovered their home inspector missed a very large or dangerous issue. Because buying a home is one of the largest investments you may ever make, I decided to get my home inspector’s license and start a local home inspection company to use my knowledge and skills to help people have a good understanding of the home they are buying. When you choose Top of Ohio Inspection Services LLC for your home inspection, I will inspect your home as if I were inspecting my own. I only schedule one home inspection a day so I don’t have to rush through your property like many other home inspection companies would. With every inspection I also take the time to give you a walkthrough of the property after the inspection where I can go over any findings with you in person so you can see them for yourself and ask any questions you may have. Since I only schedule one inspection a day, most of the time the report will be delivered to you that same day with pictures and descriptions of any defects. As a one-man operation, if you call or text my number you will get me personally. I am always available for any questions you have even after the inspection.
